海外华商经营管理的探索--近十余年来的学术述评与研究展望

本文评述国内外学坛海外华商经营管理的研究成果与动态.中华传统文化所蕴涵的企业精神、商业文化、管理哲学及其现代价值,受到多学科的广泛关注.海外华商的价值观、经营理念与管理特色,特别是海外华商网络、家族企业运作等成为研究热点.近年来,侨乡社会与企业的田野调查拓展了研究视野与素材,基于比较管理学的实证成果相继面世.亚洲金融危机、经济全球化浪潮的冲击,使华商传统经营方式尤其是其现代化改造的反思日渐深入.最后本文就该领域研究的发展方向提出了自己的思考.

Review of the studies on operation and management of overseas Chinese enterprisers

This paper reviews the study on operation and management of overseas Chinese enterprisers in recent years.Different disciplines have followed with great interest the overseas entrepreneurship,merchant culture, management philosophy and their modern values implicated in Chinese traditional culture.Scholars have focused on operational notions,value system and management characteristics of overseas Chinese businessmen,especially their network and family enterprises.The study of Qiaoxiang society has opened up various sources and different perspectives.There comes out the positive results based on comparative study of management one after another.The way of traditional operation of overseas Chinese enterprisers especially its modernization transforming is criticized deeply,facing the challenge of the Asian financial crisis and economic globalization.The author also offers his thinking on future development of the subject.
