| Abstract: | Summary. A stone mask which was purchased by T. Chaplin in Palestine at the end of the lastcentury is stored at the Palestine Exploration Fund in London. This specimen, together with some other examples from the same area, may date to the Pre-Pottery Neolithic B (seventh millennium bc). |
