改革开放以来山西省产业结构变动分析

改革开放以来,山西省的三次产业呈现非均衡发展,产业结构调整进展缓慢,主导产业始终倚重倚黑,生产方式长期在低水平上运行。究其原因,一方面是受制于地区的资源禀赋和能源基地的国家产业定位,另一方面也是由于传统的计划经济体制对山西省的影响很深,民营经济不发达,投资向煤炭、电力过度倾斜,没有很好地抓住实现经济转型和产业优化的良好机遇。
