Agriculture was a foundation of capitalism of England, but it was yeoman who initiated the agricultural capitalism and became a backbone in agricultural society. In England, when the agriculture capitalism was rising, yeoman was forthgoer. As a term, yeoman, changed from a word that designated a kind of profession with credit to that of a type of profession with an economical and social meaning; as an agricultural class, yeoman, the capitalist farmer evolved from the peasant under a system of Fief. As elite of rural society of England in the transition period, yeoman has great and deep influences on economy, politics, educational culture, daily life and so on. Therefore, it was the original power in economy and politics for England being the first industrial country, and further became the generator of capitalism in England.
