| 摘 要： | 作者在宁波天一阁发现的原以为失传的宋《天圣令》中保存了大量已佚唐《开元二十五年令》原文 ,附录的唐《田令》更相当完整地保持了原貌 ,弥足珍贵。本文移录了附录的唐田令 48条令文 ,并对经宋改动行用的 7条唐田令进行了复原。在此基础上 ,将其与《唐令拾遗》等书相对照 ,做了考释。此外还探讨了《田令》令文是否完整及令与其它法律规范———律、格、式的关系 ,并由此提出唐令应是唐代法律体系的主干。
