河南境内古人类及旧石器遗存的发现及其问题

河南省自1954年发现第一块旧石器时代人工制品以来,境内已发现众多古人类-旧石器遗址或地点,尤其是近十年来在许昌灵井发现了距今约10万年前的古人类头骨化石和数万件人工制品,在新密李家沟发现了新旧石器时代的地层及文化遗物,以及在栾川、登封和淅川等地发现了古人类化石或石叶技术,使之成为研究现代人类起源、新旧石器时代过渡等的热点地区。

Discovery of Paleoanthropological and Paleolithic Remains in Henan and Study of Their Related Problems

Since the first discovery of Paleolithic man-made artifact in Henan in 1954,a large number of paleoanthropological and Paleolithic sites or localities have been brought to light in the province.Especially important are the revelation of ancient man’s fossil skull and tens of thousands of man-made artifacts going back of ca.100,000 years BP got at Xuchang Lingjing in the last approximately decade,the Neolithic cultural layers and objects unearthed at Xinmi Lijiagou,and the fossil-man’s remains and stone-blade technique discovered in Luanchuan,Dengfeng and Xichuan,which made their localities into hot areas for reserching the origin of modern man and the transition to the Neolithic Age.
