生态文明视角下潞安集团的文化建设研究

本文从以生态文明的历史产生进程为主线,从追溯人类文明的发展历程入手,通过对文明与自然关系的阐述,指出从工业文明走向生态文明的过度是文明发展的必然选择。本文从生态文明的视角研究了潞安集团生态文化建设,提出了企业生态文化、社区生态文化、矿区生态文明三种体系结构。     

论生态文化与生态文明

文章分析了生态文化和生态文明产生的背景,指出技术文明经历的物理过程、化学过程、生命过程成就和所带来的环境危机。论述了生态文化和生态文明的内涵和区别。生态文明是人类最普遍、最重要的进步。指出个性原则具有永恒的价值,克服现代西方文化冲击下的文化多样性危机是人类文化发展的迫切任务。论述了生态文化与生态文明研究的方法论,认为文明过程的环境影响、地域生态文化资源的保护与开发、生态文明建设,是生态文化与生态文明研究的主要课题。

青海省生态文明建设的理念、制度与体制改革——基于生态资源理论与产权改革视角

党的十八届三中会提出自然资源产权制度改革,将会催生出一个全新的基于生态财富的生态经济新模式。生态自然资源理论为青海省生态文明建设的先行先试提供了新机遇、新思路和新方向。从生态财富的角度看,青海省拥有无法替代的生态资源和文化资源,在中国生态文明建设中具有无可替代的战略地位,而将生态资源产权改革与行政管理体制、政府职能转变结合起来,是青海省制度创新的新思路。     

中华生态文明的历史文化传承

建设生态文明,是人类文明的重大进步。中华生态文明的文化传承,主要体现在以图腾崇拜为代表的中华民俗文化传承、以"天人合一"论为代表的哲学思想传承、以"仁民爱物"的道德观念传承、关爱和保护生态典章制度的文化传承等方面,近现代生态与资源保护法以自然资源立法为主。     

论社会发展中的生态文明

针对当前存在的全球性生态危机,从生态文明的视角解析社会发展过程中的政治、经济、文化现状,从自然与社会的动态关系层面理解政治、经济、文化与生态之间的相互影响,从东西方社会文化的差异揭示生态危机产生的主要根源,阐明东方的生态文明可以为人类解决生态环境问题提供有益借鉴。     

生态旅游与生态道德教育刍议

加强生态环境的保护和建设实现人与自然的和谐相处,是贯彻落实科学发展观的题中应有之义,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。本文通过对生态文化和生态文明的探讨,提出树立生态旅游理念,培育生态旅游文化,需要发展生态道德教育。由于环境的多样化,人类文化也是多样化的。环境与文化相互制约、相互影响,在人类对地球环境的生态适应过程中,     

国内高校生态文明教育的研究现状及趋势

十八大将生态文明建设与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设并列,并要求把生态文明融入和全面贯穿到四大建设的各方面和全过程中去。高校肩负着为社会培养人才的重要职能,同时具有传播价值观念及引领社会风气的领头羊作用,应该加强对高校生态文明意识的培养。通过开展生态文明教育,将专业知识和保护生态环境的知识和技能相结合,提升个人生态道德素质,为大力推进生态文明建设贡献力量。     

东北少数民族生态文化变迁中的体系危机与维度转换

东北少数民族的生态文化不仅在历史长河中折射了民族存续的古老智慧,而且在现代工业化达到较高程度而面临生态压力的今天,更日益进发出引人入胜的价值之光.本文全面概括了东北少数民族传统生态文化的静态特征,及其在当代工业文明下所面临的体系危机和变迁压力,并从生产方式位移——生态环境变异——生态文化变迁的三维转换模式出发,剖析了文化变迁的现实路径,进而提出了相应的政策建议.     

儒家生态智慧的三维意蕴

生态文明思想是人类发展的规律性共识理念,具有中国特色与文化底蕴,是马克思主义生态文明思想与中国优秀传统文化的有机融合。儒家生态智慧关怀和尊重天地万物的思想意识,是将所有的生命与物种普遍纳入道德关怀之内。这种关怀是提升生命体悟和道德修养的境界,并对生态文明建设具有人性与道德层面的价值支撑。在对"天人关系"的体认中,儒家生态智慧以"天人和谐"为价值旨归,以"天人合一"为基本理念,形成了人与自然和谐共生的生态观念。这种生态观念表现为对待自然始终保持着一种"仁爱"之情,其"道德共同体"的价值取向同自然界的发展与人类社会和谐有序发展基本一致。同时,把自然的欣欣向荣视为政治、经济、社会、人文繁荣的风向标。
