残缺是出土青铜器常见的病害。传统青铜器完美修复通过手工制作补配件后连接固定的方式进行,这样的修复方式周期较长,一旦修复后不便于拆解,且掩盖与改变了部分原文物有价值的破损信息。随着3D打印精度与效率的不断提升以及打印材料的推陈出新,3D打印早已从单一输出树脂材料发展为多材质复合输出的方式,其中以直接金属增材为主的金属3D打印以及3D打印结合铸造技术的应用,使得传统青铜文物修复技艺得到了更为科学而有效的发展。本工作通过上海博物馆收藏的一件经过"改制"的商代晚期兽面纹青铜斝的修复案例,对"完美复原式"的传统青铜器修复方式进行新的探索,将可拆卸式补配方式结合3D打印铸造的方法,融入到文物修复流程中,在补配残缺器物的同时,不对文物本体产生干扰,保留具有研究价值的"改制"痕迹,在最少干预性与展陈效果之间寻求一种平衡,使得传统文物修复变得更为安全、精准与有效。 相似文献

康熙青花素有"色分五彩"之美誉,在绘画技法上一改明代青花先勾勒花纹轮廓线,然后涂色的传统方法,采用渲染的技法,使颜色能表现出浓淡深浅不同的多个色阶,具有很高的艺术价值[1]。该件康熙青花碗藏于山西博物院,笔者通过便携式Dino-lite数码显微镜对其病害现状进行观察分析,扫描电镜和能谱仪对锔钉成分以及锈蚀情况进行了分析研究,制定了修复方案。采用清洗、去除原修复痕迹、粘接、补配、作色、仿釉等工序对该件文物进行了保护修复。 相似文献

考古发掘现场脆弱遗迹提取关系到遗迹长期保存及后续保护修复,因此要求提取方法科学、严谨,所用材料安全、有效。本文以考古发掘现场文物保护与修复工作实际出发,总结了提取材料的要求与原则,回顾了考古发掘现场出土脆弱遗迹所用的石膏提取、聚氨酯泡沫提取、环十二烷提取以及薄荷醇提取等几种方法的使用情况,评述了其提取工艺及性能,并对考古发掘现场出土脆弱遗迹提取方法未来研究方向进行了展望。 相似文献

深圳博物馆藏郑公大墓出土蟠螭纹铜鼎入馆前已进行过保护修复处理,但保护修复记录资料缺失。现因年代久远,原保护修复材料老化和保存环境等因素的影响,又出现左右两足从原焊接处断裂、脱落,以及多处裂隙等病害,亟待再次保护修复处理,以恢复器物的完整性和稳定性,并提升展示效果。本工作利用X射线探伤、X射线荧光光谱、红外光谱和X射线衍射等分析方法,对该铜鼎的材质组成、制作工艺、早期修复材料、处理方法,以及病害情况等进行了综合分析。结果表明,该铜鼎本体材质为铜、锡、铅三元合金;器身遍布补配、焊接修复和随色作旧痕迹,且分布有多条裂隙。补配材料为黄铜片(口沿局部白色补配材料为混杂有钾明矾的石膏,且已酥粉);焊接材料为铅锡料;未发现氯元素。研究结果对进一步认知该文物的价值、科学评估其保存现状和病害程度,以及对其实施科学有效的再保护修复提供了参考。 相似文献

为探索出土破损丝绸服饰文物的保护与修复方法 ,以一批出土的明代破损丝绸服饰为研究对象 ,根据文物的破损状况 ,采用传统的手工衬补缝合法 ,运用不同的针法技能 ,完成了破损百褶裙 ,素缎广袖长袍等的修复工作。修复后的服饰仍能保持真丝柔软特性。研究表明 ,本方法是目前最为适宜的方法。 相似文献

杭州萧山老虎洞东周遗址出土两件青铜工具,工具出土时已碎裂为数段,锈蚀状态严重。针对两件青铜工具的研究,主要从微观领域来探讨青铜工具的工艺技术及腐蚀特点,并通过建立电化学反应模型,运用电极电位差的理论,来试析电极电位对金相组织腐蚀的影响。同时提出在青铜修复时,可利用电极电位的原理来补配修复材料,以达到文物保护的目的。 相似文献

In 1987, given the importance and complexity of the correct recovery and conservation procedures for underwater archaeological finds, an Underwater Archaeological Operations Unit was set up within the Italian Central Institute for Restoration. This Unit is made up of archaeologists, conservators, biologists and chemists, all of whom are underwater experts. It provides consultancy services and scientific and technical assistance for problems relating to the recovery, conservation, protection, and restoration of underwater archaeological heritage at the request of the Archaeological Superintendents. Great attention is paid to the professional training of underwater conservators. Specialized courses in the conservation of materials of underwater provenance are organized as part of its programme. This paper illustrates some of the main initiatives both in the restoration of archaeological objects and in training, in which the Institute has been involved, since the Underwater Unit was created. 相似文献

本研究针对秦俑二号坑出土的一件彩绘跪射俑进行了保护修复,是在考古出土现场保存状况、文物病害及病害机理科学分析的基础上进行的现场保护与实验室保护修复。现场保护重在稳定文物状态和应急处理;实验室保护则依据文物保护程序进行保护修复,在进行文物表面清理工作后,使用AC33(丙烯酸乳液)及PEG200(聚乙二醇)加固彩绘层,使用环氧树脂对陶俑进行了粘接修复,收到了良好的效果。此彩绘陶俑的保护修复工作可为以后大型彩绘文物的保护修复提供参考和借鉴。 相似文献

高安市博物馆藏的两件元代青花云龙纹荷叶盖罐均出土于江西省高安市一处元代窖藏中。从出土的情况并结合两件荷叶盖罐的造型、纹饰、制作工艺诸方面情况判断,此两件器物应为元代景德镇同一窑场、同一批次制作的产品,但经仔细观察,发现它们在造型、纹饰的描绘等细节上存有一定差异。在鉴定元青花瓷器时,不能仅凭一二点现象断定其真假,而应从造型、纹饰和工艺等方面对器物做全面分析再下定论。 相似文献

The Lv family tombs in Lantian, Shaanxi Province are one of the most important archaeological sites of China in recent years, providing numerous objects and a wealth of information for the study of the history of the Northern Song dynasty. There were a large number of exquisite cultural relics unearthed from the tombs, including one porcelain box containing white powder, which was identified as women's makeup. The phase composition, microstructure, thermal properties and characteristics of the trace elements in the unearthed white cosmetic powder were comprehensively analysed by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry – thermogravimetry (DSC–TG), Fourier transform infrared (FT–IR) microscopy and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP–AES). The white makeup powder was determined to be a product made from high‐quality freshwater pearls. These results, for the first time, showed evidence that freshwater pearl powder was used as a cosmetic in ancient China using archaeological objects, providing scientific evidence and new clues to enrich and expand research into the ancient Chinese cosmetic materials. 相似文献

Most wooden remains from archaeological sites in waterlogged burial environments are found to be intact without shrinkage despite centuries of storage. However, waterlogged wooden remains are subject to shrinkage damage and some even lose up to 80% of their original volume when exposed to air. The shrinkage of archaeological waterlogged wood with the loss of a large part of the initial volume of the wooden remains has been considered irreversible. Here we show that “active alkali-urea”, serving as a re-swelling chemical agent, can almost fully restore the collapsed archaeological wood to its original shape. The restoration experiment showed that the main reason for the restoration of collapsed wood is that the collapsed cell cavity almost completely recovered its original shape during active alkali-urea treatment. We suggest that the shape of collapsed archaeological wood remains can be fully recovered, and that the collapsed archaeological wood can thereby recover its valuable cultural properties. 相似文献

AbstractIt is still uncommon for foreign and national archaeological excavations in Morocco to include architectural or site conservators during the excavation and post-excavation periods. The few existing examples of conservation have all been carried out long after the site or the building had been excavated. The site conservation activities during the Aghmat excavations in summer 2006 illustrate how the presence of archaeological conservators, advising the archaeological team and implementing urgent interventions, has ensured a safe excavation and has contributed to the preservation of the physical integrity of the excavated buildings. The excavation of the imposing archaeological features of the medieval bath of Aghmat provided the first opportunity in Moroccan archaeology for Moroccan archaeological conservators to be involved in condition assessment, planning, and provision of conservation activities to preserve the bath.The primary aim of this paper is to present the site conservation experience in the Aghmat project, which is the first such project to be initiated during an excavation, and to be conducted mainly by a Moroccan team; it aims also to highlight the conservation procedures adopted and to incite discussion. 相似文献

墓葬壁画是一种重要的彩绘文物,对其进行揭取搬迁并加固修复是目前主要的保护方式。而在揭取搬迁时,对壁画绘画内容和颜料进行数字化记录及特性分析,是后续壁画表层合理修复的重要依据。光谱成像技术作为一种属性与视觉同步感知的信息探测手段,可以用于壁画表面颜料层的高维信息记录与材质属性分析;同时,利用高光谱伪彩色显示技术可以实现颜料色彩的虚拟复原。基于此,提出一种基于融合光谱分析与带通能量积分的壁画颜料色彩虚拟修复方法,并利用采集的颜料光谱数据、壁画高光谱成像数据与模拟真实场景下的混合颜料光谱数据进行壁画颜料识别与色彩虚拟复原实验。实验结果表明,对于选取的唐墓壁画上的红、黄、蓝、绿四种颜料,其融合光谱识别结果是:武惠妃墓的红色颜料为朱砂/银珠、韩休墓的黄色颜料为石黄/雌黄、武惠妃墓的蓝色颜料为石青/青金石、韩休墓的绿色颜料为石绿的匹配度最大;同时,基于上述识别结果,得到了纯色复原和壁画基底绘制复原的壁画颜料色彩虚拟复原结果,可以为壁画实体修复提供颜料层视觉修复的参考依据。上述研究成果在壁画保护及活化利用领域具有重要的创新示范意义。 相似文献

通过现场完整提取,实验室清理,后期修复复原的工作流程对陕北米脂出土汉代玉覆面进行了及时保护及有据复原。利用X-光探伤、多光谱摄影、三维扫描和高清摄影等信息提取记录技术,对整个清理过程中的信息进行了提取和记录。同时通过总结工作过程中可以避免的问题,阐述了实验室考古与现场保护的紧密关系。强调了作为整个大考古理念的不同阶段,需要有各个领域知识结构的团队共同完成。其中文保人员参与的作用,除了未雨绸缪及时介入,还需结合专业所长,准确合理地选择与使用现场保护方法。只有这样才能协助考古人员完整保存考古学信息,为后续的研究提供可靠的研究资料。 相似文献
